At
the time you signed your Rental Agreement, you were supplied with a copy of
the Apartment's Rules and Regulations which serve as the rules and regulations
for all of the residents of this apartment complex.
The purpose of these policies is to insure to each resident that the
appearance, use and environment of the Apartments will be maintained in
conformity with the standards existing at the time the tenant commenced his or
her tenancy. Accordingly, strict
compliance with the spirit and letter of these rules is important not only to
us, but to each of your neighbors.
It
has come to our attention that you are failing to comply with the Apartment
Rules requiring [Specify violated rules].
Hopefully, this is just an oversight on your part, and will not
reoccur. However, if any
violation does reoccur, regrettably, we will be required to terminate your
Rental Agreement.
