PROMISE
TO PAY/TERMINATION FOR NON-PAYMENT
In
consideration of my occupancy of Unit Number _____ after today's date, I promise
to pay to the Landlord my unpaid rent in the amount of $ [total rent owed],
which includes properly assessed late charges of $ [total late fees] through
today's date, which shall be payable to the Landlord as follows:

In
accordance with A.R.S. '33-1371,
I understand and agree that the Landlord does not waive any of its rights under
law or under my Rental Agreement to demand that all future rent payments be made
on the date as stated in my Rental Agreement.
I reaffirm my agreement to pay monthly rent not later than the [1st] day
of each month and understand and agree that my failure to pay any of the
payments stated by the exact dates specified above shall entitle the Landlord to
immediately commence legal proceedings to evict me through a forcible detainer
action, without further demand or notice.
I
also understand and agree that I am currently in default of the payment of rent,
and that pursuant to A.R.S. '33-1368(B),
the Landlord reserves the right to terminate my Rental Agreement five (5) days
from the date hereof if my rent is not paid in full as set forth above; provided
however, that the Landlord agrees not to terminate my Rental Agreement if I
timely make all payments according to the schedule.
