NOTICE OF IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Dear Occupant(s) or Tenant(s):
This
letter shall constitute the Landlord's notice to you that your Rental Agreement is immediately terminated for
violations of the agreement and the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, and
specifically, [specify violations]. Furthermore,
we believe your continued occupancy otherwise jeopardizes the health, safety and
welfare of the landlord, the management, and other tenants.
You are hereby notified, pursuant to A.R.S. '33-1368(A),
that the above violation constitutes a material and irreparable breach of your
Rental Agreement.
Please
make immediate arrangements with the management to move out, including
returning the keys. If you do not
move out immediately [or by some other specified date], we will be turning this
matter over to our legal counsel who will file an eviction action against you,
in which case we will also seek our attorney's
fees and costs against you.
