Your
Rental Agreement is on a month-to-month basis, from the [1st] day of each month
through the end of each such month.
Pursuant
to the requirement of the thirty-day notice of termination as set forth in the
Residential Landlord & Tenant Act, A.R.S. '33-1375,
please be notified that your Rental Agreement will terminate at the end of the
next monthly rental period. Therefore,
you must vacate the premises by the end of the following date:

If
you fail to vacate the premises before that time, and continue to occupy the
apartment past the termination date, legal action will be brought against you
for eviction and recovery of possession, monetary damages, reasonable attorneys'
fees and costs. Furthermore, if
your occupancy beyond the termination date is intentional, then, pursuant to
A.R.S. '33-1375,
you may also be subject to additional damages equal to twice your monthly rent,
or twice the landlord's actual damages, whichever is greater.
The premises must be delivered in clean condition, much like it was when
you originally moved in. Prior to
moving out, please make arrangements with the management for the move-out
inspection of your apartment and the return of your security deposit.
