Liability of Seller and Related Persons .

Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Seller shall have no personal liability with regard to this Agreement or the transaction described in this Agreement. If Buyer asserts any Claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the transaction described in this Agreement, Buyer's sole recourse shall be to the estate and interest of Seller in and to the Property. No other properties or assets of Seller shall be subject to levy, attachment, execution or other enforcement procedures for the satisfaction of any judgment (or other judicial process) or for the satisfaction of any other remedy of Buyer arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the transaction described in this Agreement. Neither the Resolution Trust Corporation in its corporate or any other capacity nor any of its or Seller's employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors or affiliates shall have any liability or obligation whatsoever in connection with this Agreement.
