Within ______ days after the Opening of Escrow, Seller shall provide to Buyer copies of any and all documents and information which Seller has or has access to in connection with The Property including surveys, engineering studies, soil tests, water and well tests, proposed development of The Property and similar material as well as real property tax assessment records. Upon Close of Escrow, all such documents and information shall become the property of Buyer without any additional costs; provided however, Seller makes no warranties or representations whatsoever, either expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or sufficiency of this material. If this Escrow does not close, Buyer shall, at the request of Seller, deliver to Seller copies of any and all surveys, engineering studies, soil tests and master plans which Buyer has prepared.
