Further Assurances.

In addition to the obligations required to be performed under this Agreement by Seller and Buyer, Seller and Buyer shall perform, at Closing or from time to time thereafter, such other acts, and shall execute, acknowledge and/or deliver such other instruments, documents and other materials, as may be reasonably required in order to consummate the transaction described in this Agreement. However, Seller need not satisfy or comply with any condition or requirement that may be imposed by any title insurance company other than the Title Company.
