Each party, promptly upon the request of the other or upon the request of the Escrow Agent, shall execute and have acknowledged and delivered to the other or to Escrow Agent, as may be appropriate, any and all further instruments reasonably requested or appropriate to evidence or give effect to any of the provisions of this Agreement and which are consistent with the provisions hereof. All documents shall be in the standard form used by the Escrow Agent.
